Conservation plan of Atlantic salmon of Escoumins river

Through the development of a conservation plan for Atlantic salmon in Escoumins River, all studies, documents and writings on this river will be compiled and analyzed to draw a picture of the status of salmon population and its habitat. This plan which will be structured based on logical information, issues and recommendations will act as a tool for short term and long decision making by our organization. This project is critical to ensure management directions and sustainable development tools of the territory. The conservation plan will be circulated in a paper format and on the Web to various local partners.
